Design Idea: 
All those 4 sizes could be made by one set of the punching die, it is adjustable. When you do not need, simple remove it. When you it, simple install it like the following pictures.

Take the max size for example, so each time we can design mold to punch 2 rows, 8 holes Max. And the punching machine normal speed, it can punch 60 times per minute, so we can count the speed, it is around  8 to 10 meter per minute, is that okay ?
