The Zhongtuo Semi-Automatic High-Speed Keel Punching Production Line is designed for manufacturing ceiling keels and partition keels. The complete line integrates high-speed feeding, material accumulation, punching, roll forming, straightening, servo tracking cutting and automatic material conveying.
With a line speed of up to 50m/min and punching capability of up to 200 strokes/min, the system is designed to overcome the speed limitations commonly associated with traditional keel production equipment.
Its semi-automatic configuration provides near fully automatic production efficiency while requiring less factory space and only one operator for the production line.
Suitable for high-speed production of metal ceiling keel profiles, helping manufacturers improve production efficiency and reduce manual operation requirements.

The complete line can run at speeds of up to 50m/min, significantly improving production efficiency compared with traditional keel machines.
The punching unit is equipped with a 7.5kW servo motor and can achieve approximately 100–200 punching strokes per minute. It is designed for fast and relatively low-noise punching operation.
The high-speed feeder works together with the material accumulator to maintain stable material feeding and help prevent material deviation and wrinkles during high-speed operation.
CR12 roll forming rollers are used for profile forming, combined with a five-roller Türkiye Head straightening system for accurate straightening.
The servo tracking cut-off system coordinates with the production line for high-speed cutting operation.
The semi-automatic configuration is designed to allow one operator to manage the complete production line, helping reduce labor requirements.
Compared with a fully automatic production line, the semi-automatic configuration requires less factory space while maintaining production efficiency close to a fully automatic system.
The machine supports remote operation through smartphone, iPad or computer. When connected to the network, users can remotely operate the machine, adjust programs and collect production data.
The high-speed punching unit is one of the key components of the production line. Although the punching machine is compact, it is equipped with a 7.5kW servo motor to provide high-speed punching performance.
