The 5-ton decoiler provides stable material handling and supports continuous feeding of raw material into the production line.
The servo feeder is integrated into the production line to provide controlled and accurate material feeding before punching and forming.
The punching machine performs the required punching process before the material enters the roll forming system.
The leveling machine helps prepare the material for stable and consistent roll forming.
The roll forming system uses 18 forming stations to progressively shape the metal sheet into the required cable tray profile.
The hydraulic cut-off system completes the cutting process after roll forming for efficient production.
