      The High-Speed Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine for Efficient Production is an automated cold bending equipment designed specifically for metal coils such as galvanized steel strip, cold-rolled steel strip, and stainless steel strip. It integrates multiple processes such as unwinding, leveling, punching, cold bending, cutting to length, and palletizing into one production line, achieving continuous automation of the entire process from “steel coil in” to “finished product out”.

      This production line can produce various types of cable trays such as trough type, ladder type, and tray type, suitable for a wide range of specifications including tray width of 100-800mm and height of 50-200mm. The material thickness can cover 0.8-3.0mm.
