The R101 trapezoidal roof roll forming machine is a fully automatic cold bending line designed to produce R101 trapezoidal metal roof panels from color coated, galvanized or aluminum magnesium manganese steel coils in one continuous pass. The standard process flow is: hydraulic or manual decoiling, multi-pass progressive roll forming, servo fixed-length tracking cutting, then automatic discharge and stacking. The whole forming process runs at room temperature without heating.

Machine Structure

The line is built on a heavy-duty steel frame with a hydraulic automatic decoiler at the feed end, a long series of roller stations in the middle, and an automatic cutting head at the discharge end. The whole production line can be operated by one person.
