Product Overview

The Standing Seam Roll Forming Machine is designed to produce metal standing seam roofing panels. Through continuous cold roll forming, the machine processes color-coated steel, galvanized steel, galvalume steel, or aluminum sheets into roof panels with raised seams on both sides and reinforcing ribs in the center.

The machine features an adjustable-width forming design, allowing operators to change the panel width according to different roofing project requirements. One machine can therefore produce several standing seam panel sizes. The exact adjustment range can be designed according to the customer’s profile drawing, feeding width, and finished effective width.

The standard machine is equipped with 7 forming stations, supports a production speed of 0–15 m/min, and processes materials with a thickness of 0.3–0.8 mm. A PLC control system manages the production length and quantity, making operation simple and suitable for continuous production.

Production Process

Decoiling → Guiding and Feeding → 7-Station Roll Forming → PLC Length Measurement → Hydraulic Cutting → Finished Panel Output

After entering the forming machine, the material passes through 7 forming stations. The standing seams and reinforcing ribs are formed gradually. The PLC system controls the required length and production quantity, and the hydraulic cutting unit cuts the panel automatically when the preset length is reached.
