Product Introduction

The Solar Roof Tile Roll Forming Machine is mainly designed to produce photovoltaic roofing panels, solar metal roof tiles, and other related metal roofing profiles. It is suitable for processing pre-painted steel, galvanized steel, and similar metal materials with a thickness of 0.3–0.6 mm.

The machine adopts a split forming structure, allowing different sections of the profile to be formed gradually through multiple roller stations. This forming method helps reduce material stretching and deformation while maintaining stable panel surfaces, ribs, edges, and connection areas.

The PLC control system allows operators to set the required production length and quantity through the touch screen. The machine is suitable for continuous batch production of solar roofing panels.

The cutting system can be equipped with either stop cutting or servo tracking cutting. Stop cutting offers a stable and practical solution for standard production, while servo tracking cutting follows the moving material and completes synchronized cutting for projects requiring improved production continuity.

Production Process

The production process is:

Decoiling → Feeding → Roll Forming → Cutting → Product Discharge

The metal coil is released by the decoiler and guided into the forming machine. It then passes through multiple forming rollers to gradually obtain the required solar roofing profile. After reaching the preset length, the machine automatically completes the cutting process and transfers the finished panel to the discharge section.
