The High Accuracy Metal Coil Slitting Line is designed for continuous longitudinal cutting of metal coils into multiple strips with controlled and consistent widths. The production line integrates coil loading, decoiling, feeding, guiding, precision slitting, scrap winding, tension control and recoiling into one automated system.
It is suitable for processing galvanized steel, PPGI, aluminum, carbon steel and other ferrous or non-ferrous metal coils. With a PLC-based control system and precision slitting unit, the machine provides stable production performance and accurate strip width control for downstream manufacturing.
Precision slitting components and a rigid cutter shaft structure help maintain consistent strip widths during continuous production.
The slitting configuration can be adjusted according to different strip width requirements, allowing one machine to produce multiple strip specifications.
The PLC control system coordinates the main production units, simplifying operation and improving production consistency.
The hydraulic decoiler and loading car are designed for efficient coil loading and stable material feeding.
The tension stand separates the processed strips and provides back tension to help achieve orderly and stable recoiling.

The hydraulic decoiler is designed for loading and unwinding metal coils. The loading car assists in positioning heavy coils and improves material handling efficiency.

The press and pinch unit helps introduce the coil material into the production line and provides stable feeding before slitting.
The side guide system helps maintain proper strip alignment and improves feeding stability during continuous coil processing.
The slitting system cuts the metal coil longitudinally into multiple strips. Active shear and pull shear configurations can be selected according to different material and thickness requirements.
A scrap winder is included to collect edge scrap generated during the slitting process.
The looper provides material buffering between processing sections. The tension stand separates the finished strips and applies controlled back tension before recoiling.
The recoiler collects the slit strips into individual coils, helping maintain organized winding and convenient handling after the slitting process.
