Complete Working Principle & Production Process

The M section forming machine realizes continuous cold bending forming of metal sheets through multi-pass roller sequential pressing. The whole process is automatic and uninterrupted, with smooth production flow and stable molding effect. The complete working process is as follows:

Material Feeding → Leveling → Multi-pass Roller Forming → Servo Counting → Fixed-length Cutting → Automatic Discharging → Finished Product Stacking

First, the coiled metal sheet is sent to the leveling device through the automatic feeding frame to eliminate sheet bending and unevenness. Then the sheet enters the multi-group precision forming rollers, and gradually bends and forms into a standard M-shaped section through gradual pressure adjustment. After the profile meets the preset size and length, the system automatically triggers the cutting device for fixed-length cutting. Finally, the finished product is automatically discharged and stacked, realizing unmanned continuous production.
