Soffit panels are used to cover the underside of roof overhangs, eaves, and balconies for protection, ventilation, and aesthetics, shielding the structure from pests, moisture, and weather while hiding wires/pipes and improving airflow for attic health. They provide a finished look, come in materials like PVC, aluminum, or fiber cement, and often feature vents to regulate attic temperature and humidity, preventing mold and ice dams.

Transmission

Roller details: We add active gear structure

If only a single chain drive is adopted, the sheet mainly relies on the lower wheel to provide the transmission force during the forming process, while the upper roller raises the arch and rolls the forming force. However, if the power is insufficient, it will cause uneven force on the sheet, resulting in bending and ripples. Adding an active transmission structure with upper and lower double gears can ensure that the upper roller and the lower roller drive simultaneously and the force is evenly distributed!
