The Heavy-Duty Floor Deck Roll Forming Machine is engineered for pre-engineered steel building manufacturers, commercial high-rise contractors, and structural decking fabricators. Floor decking panels act as permanent formwork during concrete pouring and combine with cured concrete to serve as structural tensile reinforcement, significantly accelerating multi-story building erection.

Accommodating high-tensile galvanized steel (GI) and galvalume (GL) coils with feeding widths up to 1250mm and heavy thicknesses from 0.7mm to 1.2mm. The line outputs market-standard structural profiles including 1.5" B-deck (38mm deep), open-trough decking (51mm to 76mm deep), and closed-necking composite floor decks with cover widths from 590mm to 1000mm.

All bare precision 40Cr rollers and shafts are coated with anti-rust protective oil. The 18-ton heavy machine bed is securely lashed inside a 40ft HQ container with heavy steel wire ropes and timber chocks. The electrical control console and hydraulic power unit are sealed in waterproof barrier wrapping and crated in export plywood cases.
