How the Wall Cladding Panel Machine Works
The complete production process is designed for continuous and efficient panel manufacturing:
Coil Loading → Decoiling → Guiding → Roll Forming → Automatic Cutting → Finished Wall Cladding Panel
The metal coil is first loaded onto the decoiler and continuously fed into the forming section. The sheet then passes through a series of precision rollers, with each station gradually forming the required profile.
After the panel reaches the preset length, the automatic cutting system cuts the panel without stopping the overall production process, helping improve production efficiency.
The PLC control system allows operators to set the panel length, production quantity and batch parameters, making the machine suitable for both standard and customized production.
