End Terminal—the specially designed end pieces of a road safety barrier system. The leading terminal is on the end of the road safety barrier system that faces oncoming traffic and the trailing terminal is on the other end. Guardrail end terminals are designed to provide a soft gating impact to prevent the end rail from spearing an impacting vehicle. Terminals also introduce tensile and strength necessary to ensure redirection performance of the length-of-need section. Relatively, buffer end is an economical traffic safety terminal ends. It is at least very popular in China.

 

Surface finish A road safety barrier system shall have a surface finish that minimizes the friction between the system and an impacting vehicle. The surface finish shall be uniform, resistant to incidental damage and shall not be affected by detergents and similar agents that may be used to clean the external surfaces. Protrusions from the surface, which are likely to be struck by an impacting vehicle, shall not exceed 20 mm. Any protrusions shall be rounded or similarly treated, to reduce the possibility of snagging the body work of a vehicle or catching at the person or clothing of an individual. After construction, components shall not be left with splits, burrs or sharp edges after construction. Lapping of elements shall be in the direction of the potential path of an errant vehicle.

 A: 4 km or Two full containers of guardrails.

 A: We are guardrail factory, self making and self marketing.

Q3: What's your payment terms for guardrail order?

A:  We supply our guardrail by below payment terms:

  1) 30% in advance by T/T ,70% by L/C; or
  2) 100% by L/C; or
  3) Negotiate according to the order status.

 

Q4: Which delivery terms do you do for guardrails?

 A: FOB China port is recommended for guardrails,but CNF/CIF destination port is also acceptable.

Q5: What is the delivery time for guardrails?

 A: Normal production time for guardrail sets will be about 35 days, and the final delivery time will be confirmed according to the guardrail order items and quantities.

 

Q6: Can you do the official test for the guardrail order, which authoritative organization is recommend?

 A: Yes, the test for guardrail order can be arranged as per requirement, SGS test is recommended, and we could even do the test report in the name of customers' company.
