The Heavy-Duty Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine is designed for continuous cold forming of galvanized steel, pre-painted steel and aluminum coils into Z-shaped structural profiles.
The production line integrates automatic decoiling, leveling, multi-position punching and roll forming. The system can also be configured with a curving function for applications requiring pre-curved Z purlins.
With a heavy-duty gearbox-driven forming system, multiple punching stations and automatic production control, the machine is suitable for applications including RV bottom beams, industrial roofing, warehouses and large-span steel structures.
The machine is designed for steel materials up to 2.5 mm thickness, providing a robust forming solution for structural Z purlins and heavy-duty applications.
