The Fully Automatic Solar Panel Bracket Roll Forming Machine is designed for the high-efficiency production of solar mounting channels, photovoltaic support profiles, slotted channels, and other customized solar structure brackets.
With a working speed of up to 25 m/min, the production line integrates decoiling, feeding, roll forming, punching, servo adjustment, hydraulic cutting, and automatic stacking into one complete system. It is especially suitable for manufacturers requiring stable production, flexible profile sizes, and reduced labor input.
The machine can process material with a thickness of up to 2.5 mm, making it suitable for heavy-duty solar mounting structure applications.

2. High-Speed Production up to 25 m/min
The line is engineered for continuous production with a working speed of up to 25 meters per minute.
For customers with higher output requirements, the punching configuration can be upgraded with additional punching stations. The standard system can punch 6 holes simultaneously, while upgraded configurations can punch 10 holes per station or use multiple punching stations to further increase production efficiency.
This makes the machine suitable for large-scale photovoltaic mounting structure production.
3. 3-Ton Hydraulic Decoiler with Pressing Arm
The machine is equipped with a 3-ton hydraulic decoiler designed for handling relatively thick coil material.
Because the production material can reach approximately 2.5 mm in thickness, the decoiler is equipped with a pressing arm to hold the coil securely during loading and operation.

4. High quality rollers
For long-term and stable operation, the forming rollers are manufactured from 45# steel and treated with chrome plating, with roller hardness reaching HRC56. The forming shafts are also made from 45# steel, providing strong support during continuous production.

5. Heavy-Duty Gearbox Transmission
The main roll forming section adopts a gearbox transmission system combined with cast steel construction.
Compared with lighter transmission structures, this configuration provides strong rigidity and stable power transmission, making the production line suitable for long-term processing of thicker solar bracket profiles.
The heavy machine structure is designed to maintain stable forming conditions during continuous industrial operation.

The feeding section uses both vertical rollers and horizontal rollers to guide the steel strip during production.
These guide rollers help prevent the material from shifting during feeding and maintain the correct forming direction.
The line also incorporates 45-degree forming rollers, which help create more precise profile corners and improve the appearance of the finished solar bracket.
A Turkey head straightening system is used at the final forming stage to help keep the finished profile straight and minimize deformation.


7.Special Zigzag Embossing Design
The machine can produce a special zigzag embossed structure on the finished solar channel.
This structure improves the practical performance of the bracket by helping reduce unwanted movement when the profile is installed in the solar mounting system.
Instead of using a punching method to create the zigzag pattern, the machine uses an embossing process, which can provide a cleaner and more attractive finished surface.

8.Punching System
Solar support channels usually require multiple mounting holes and slots.
To improve production efficiency, the machine can be equipped with multiple punching configurations.
The standard punching station can produce 6 holes at the same time.

The punching station uses servo-controlled transmission for improved positioning accuracy.

9.Automatic PLC Size Adjustment
One important advantage of this solar bracket production line is its flexible size adjustment.
The PLC control system allows operators to select different profile specifications, such as:

The machine uses a servo motor system to automatically adjust the corresponding production settings.
This reduces manual adjustment work and allows one operator to manage most of the complete production process.\

The production line adopts a hydraulic cutting system designed for accurate and stable cutting.
The cutting blade is approximately 5 mm thick and is installed inside the complete cutting structure to improve support and durability.
This design also helps minimize cutting waste, with approximately 5 mm of material loss during cutting.
The punching and cutting sections both use servo-controlled transmission to improve positioning accuracy.

After cutting, the finished solar bracket profiles can be transferred directly to the automatic stacking system.
The stacker uses multiple magnets to pick up the finished profiles, move them into position, and arrange them for bundling and packaging.
This greatly reduces manual handling.
With the automatic production system, one operator can manage the complete production line, significantly reducing labor requirements.

The production line can also emboss a customer's logo directly onto the finished solar bracket profile.
The vertical roller section can be customized according to the required branding design.
Customers can provide their company logo or required embossing pattern, and the corresponding roller design can be developed for production.
This gives the finished solar mounting channel stronger brand recognition and a more professional appearance.
