The Fully Automatic Metal Coil Cut to Length Line is designed for continuous decoiling, leveling, sizing, precision cutting and automatic stacking of metal coils. It converts metal coils into flat sheets with the required length and high dimensional accuracy, making it an ideal solution for efficient sheet metal processing.
The production line is suitable for processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, stainless steel, silicon steel, tinplate and various coated metal materials. The complete line integrates mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to provide stable, efficient and highly automated production.
The complete line integrates decoiling, leveling, feeding, cutting, conveying and stacking operations, significantly reducing manual intervention.
