High-Speed Automatic C Channel Roll Forming Solution for Light Steel Keel Production
The Drywall Keel Steel C Channel Roll Forming Machine is an automated production line specially designed for the continuous production of C-shaped light steel keel profiles.
The complete production line integrates hydraulic decoiling, precision leveling, servo feeding and punching, multi-pass cold roll forming, hydraulic tracking cutting and PLC automatic control. After the galvanized steel coil is loaded, the machine can continuously complete feeding, leveling, punching, roll forming, cutting and output of finished C channel profiles.
It is suitable for manufacturing different types of drywall and light steel framing components, including C-shaped vertical studs, top tracks, bottom tracks and other customized light gauge steel profiles.
Multi-pass roll forming technology provides accurate and uniform C channel dimensions, helping maintain consistent profile quality during continuous production.
The PLC control system manages production parameters including profile length, quantity, batch production and machine operation for convenient automatic production.
The production line can be configured for forming speeds from 40–100 m/min, depending on profile design, material thickness and punching requirements.
Machine dimensions, forming stations, electrical components, voltage and production speed can be customized according to different profile and production requirements.
