The U Channel Roll Forming Machine, also known as a U Track Roll Forming Machine, is designed for the continuous production of U-shaped steel channels through precision cold roll forming. The machine processes galvanized steel, pre-painted galvanized steel or aluminum strips and forms them into accurate U-track profiles.
The fully automatic production line integrates material feeding, roll forming, punching, cutting and automatic production control. According to the supplied production-line configuration, the system can also be equipped with servo tracking cutting, automatic stacking and automatic strapping, reducing manual handling and improving production efficiency.
U-track dimensions can be customized according to customer drawings, regional standards and project requirements. The PLC control system allows operators to preset production parameters, batch quantities and product lengths for flexible manufacturing.
