High-Speed Automatic CZ Purlin Production Line with Punching & Palletizing System
The Fully Automatic CZ Exchange Purlin Roll Forming Machine is designed for high-efficiency production of C and Z purlins used in steel structure construction. The production line integrates automatic coil feeding, leveling, hydraulic punching, roll forming, profile exchange and automatic palletizing.
Equipped with a double-side decoiler, hydraulic tightening system, three sets of hydraulic front punching stations and a 30 kW servo motor, the machine provides a highly automated solution for continuous purlin production.
The electronic control system supports production data import through a USB drive and remote data transmission, making production management more convenient and efficient.
Designed for automatic C and Z purlin profile exchange, reducing manual intervention during production.
Double-side coil loading configuration with hydraulic tightening and electric rotation improves continuous material feeding.
Three sets of hydraulic front punching stations are integrated into the production line for efficient hole punching before forming.
The production line supports a maximum forming speed of 32 m/min for high-volume purlin production.
A 30 kW servo motor provides powerful and responsive drive performance for the high-speed production line.
Finished purlins can be automatically palletized after forming, reducing manual handling and improving production organization.
The double-side decoiler is designed for efficient coil loading and stable material feeding. Hydraulic tightening secures the coil during operation, while electric rotation provides controlled material unwinding.
The feeding and leveling device prepares the steel strip before the punching and roll forming processes, providing continuous material feeding for the automatic production line.
The machine is equipped with three sets of hydraulic front punching stations. Punching is integrated into the automatic production process to improve production efficiency.
