The fully automatic steel anchor rod roll forming machine is an automated production line that uses cold bending roll forming technology to continuously process high-strength steel strips into pipe seam anchor rods (also known as split type anchor rods, friction anchor rods). The equipment is based on cold bending technology, which applies multiple progressive deformations to metal strip at room temperature, and can complete the complete processing from steel strip to finished anchor rod without heating.

The pipe seam anchor produced by this equipment is a supporting component that works based on the principle of friction: high-strength steel pipes with longitudinal cutting seams, which expand radially after being inserted into slightly smaller diameter boreholes, forming continuous frictional resistance along the entire length of the anchor, thereby firmly locking the rock layers together.
