This C Purlin roll forming machine is designed to produce profiles ranging from 80mm to 300mm in width, with customization available up to 400mm upon request. To enhance the structural strength and rigidity of the C purlins, the machine can form embossing ribs on the bottom flange. Please refer to the attached profile drawings for reference.

   a. Fly to Beijing Airport: Take the high-speed train from Beijing Nan to Cangzhou Xi (approx. 1 hour). We will arrange pickup.
   b. Fly to Shanghai Airport: Take the high-speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao to Cangzhou Xi (approx. 4.5 hours). We will arrange pickup.
5. Can one machine produce multiple panel profiles?
   Not exactly for standard single-profile machines. However, for wider or double-layer machines, it is possible to produce more than 6 kinds of panels by adjusting the rollers.
6. Do you provide after-sales support?
   Yes. We offer technical advice and have skilled technicians available globally to ensure your business continues running smoothly.
7. What happens if the machine breaks down?
   The warranty period is 12 months. If parts cannot be repaired during this period, we will send new replacement parts free of charge (customer covers express shipping costs). After the warranty period, we continue to provide technical support for the life of the equipment, and spare parts can be supplied through negotiation.
8. Can you handle transportation?
   Yes. Please provide the destination port or address. We have extensive experience in arranging international logistics.
