This fully automatic roll forming machine is designed to produce TR72 and TR101 IBR trapezoidal roofing sheets. It supports two input coil widths: 914mm (36 inches) and 1220mm (48 inches). The operating speed ranges from 15 to 20 meters per minute. Switching between the two coil widths is achieved by simply adjusting the leveling guide, eliminating the need for complex machine reconfiguration.

This equipment is widely used in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Colombia, and other regions.

• TR72 Profile: Produced when feeding 914mm (36") wide raw material. Features 6 waves.
• TR101 Profile: Produced when feeding 1220mm (48") wide raw material. Features 8 waves.
