How It Works

Production flow:

Hydraulic/Manual Decoiler → Feeding & Guide → Leveling → Roll Forming (upper/lower layer) → Hydraulic Cutting → Run-out Table → Stacking

Usually the upper and lower layers run alternately, not simultaneously, because they share the same length-cut control and output table in most designs. This still saves space and cost compared with two machines.
