Double Layer Roof Sheet Roll Forming Machine is an efficient solution designed to produce two different metal roofing profiles on one integrated roll forming system.
The machine adopts a double-layer roll forming design, with:
Upper layer: 10 forming rows
Lower layer: 16 forming rows
Separate rolling design
Maximum forming speed: 12–15 m/min
The separate rolling design helps release internal stress from the sheet during forming, contributing to better profile shape and forming precision.

Key Features
1. Heavy-Duty Machine Frame
The main forming machine uses a 350 mm H-beam frame with an 18 mm welded steel middle support plate, providing a solid foundation for continuous roll forming.
The machine frame is reinforced with diagonal braces. After welding, vibration treatment and large-scale planer machining are used to improve the frame's rigidity and stability.


3. High-Quality Forming Roller and Shafts
The forming rollers are manufactured from high-grade 45# forged steel and receive chrome-plated treatment.
The chrome layer is specified at approximately 0.05 mm, helping improve surface smoothness, hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, contributing to longer roller service life.
The forming shafts use:
Diameter: Φ80 mm solid shaft
Material: High-grade 45# steel
Heat treatment applied
The solid shaft design provides strong support for the forming rollers and contributes to stable operation.


The feeding section is designed to protect the surface of the prepainted steel coil while ensuring stable material entry.

4.Hydraulic Post-Cutting System
The machine uses a hydraulic post-cutting system with GCr12 cutting blades with quenched treatment.
The cutting system is driven by a double-pillar cylinder structure, providing a stable solution for automatic cutting of finished roofing sheets.

5.One-Layer / Double-Layer Flexible Operation
The machine is equipped with a clutch system that provides the option to operate only one layer at a time when required. This provides additional flexibility for production and helps reduce unnecessary operation of the forming system.
