Composite Floor Deck Roll Forming Machine N deck Roll Former

A Composite N Deck Floor Deck Roll Former is a specialized, automated machine that transforms raw steel coils into the profiled sheets used in composite floor systems. 3" deep N deck, 1.5" B deck are most popular in American clients.

It's specifically designed to work with concrete to form a composite slab. The key feature is embossments—small indentations pressed into the ribs of the sheet. When concrete is poured, it locks into these embossments, creating a strong mechanical bond that prevents slippage and allows the steel deck and concrete to act as a single, strong structural unit.
