Turnkey supply scope includes 5-ton manual decoiler (hydraulic decoiler with coil car optional), heavy-duty roll forming main machine on rigid steel frame with safety guards, Cr12 hydraulic profile cut-off station, standalone air-cooled hydraulic pump station, Siemens PLC touchscreen console, and finished sheet runout tables.

All precision chrome rollers and shafts are coated with anti-rust protective oil. The 8-ton heavy machine bed is securely lashed inside a 40ft HQ container with heavy steel wire ropes and timber chocks. The electrical control console and hydraulic power unit are sealed in waterproof barrier wrapping and crated in export plywood cases.
