Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine- Heavy Duty Type is designed to make the cable trays in batch fully automatically which are manufactured with the same load bearing capabilities of thicker trays, but are made by molding sheet metal into a more robust design. Cable tray can be used internally and externally in the buildings due to its high corrosion resistance which can offer lighter and more economic solutions when compared to heavy duty type cable trays. Cable tray are designed to carry the wiring installations internally or externally in factories and buildings, especially in humid, moist or corrosive environments. They can also be manufactured as pre-galvanized upon request. Here I will share some drawing profiles and then show you how we design the cable tray machines.

After discussing with our engineer,we decide to use two machines to produce all the sizes that you need,one small machine produce 50-100mm by changing spacer manually and another machine produces 100-600mm. The reason of this design is because the width between 50mm and 600mm is too big distance.If you use one machine to produce from 50-600mm,the roller will be very small,it is not strong enough to produce 600mm big size,the life time of the machine will not long.
