Machine Structure

The machine consists of a feed roller section, a long forming line with green gearboxes and red drive shafts, a hydraulic system with blue cylinders and manifold, yellow safety cages, and a heavy-duty off-white steel base with adjustable leveling feet.

Finished Product

Finished dark gray C-shaped and U-shaped purlins with regularly spaced bolt holes along the flanges and elongated slots on the flat surface are stacked on the workshop floor, ready for bolted assembly on site.
