1. Designed for  Metal Roofing Production

The machine is designed to process PPGI and PPGL coils with a material thickness of 0.4–0.6 mm (24/26 Gauge).

The multi-rib C10 profile provides a strong and practical panel structure, making the finished products suitable for a wide range of roofing and wall cladding applications.

2. Hydraulic Decoiler & Free Manual Decoiler

The production line can be configured with a hydraulic decoiler for convenient and efficient coil loading.

For customers looking for a more economical solution, a manual decoiler can be provided free of charge according to the final machine configuration.

The decoiler configuration can be selected according to coil weight, coil width and production requirements.

 3. Stable 15–20 m/min Production Speed

The forming speed is adjustable from approximately 15 to 20 meters per minute, allowing operators to select the appropriate production speed according to material, profile and production requirements.

4. Heavy-Duty  Structure

The main machine frame uses a 350mm H-beam structure with an 18mm welded steel middle support plate.

Combined with an approximately 7.5-ton machine weight, the heavy-duty structure provides a stable foundation for continuous roll forming operation.

The C10 machine is equipped with approximately 18 forming stations.Forming rollers are manufactured from high-grade 45# forged steel with a hard chrome-plated surface.

Chrome thickness: approximately 0.05 mm

The treated roller surface provides good wear resistance and helps maintain consistent forming performance during long-term production.

5. Powerful Transmission System

The machine uses a gear and double-chain transmission system to transfer power through the forming stations.

This configuration is designed for stable power transmission and reliable operation during continuous production.

6. Automatic Cutting Without Scratches

The machine is equipped with an automatic cutting system using Cr12MoV cutting material.
