Product Overview

The C/Z purlin roll forming machine one-machine solution (fully automatic one-click changeover CZ steel machine) is a cold bending forming line that produces both C-shaped and Z-shaped steel purlins on a single machine. Using the same forming unit with automatic or manual stepless adjustment, it changes specifications without replacing the forming rollers.

Coaxial design reduces height imbalance; two straightening units (ten-roller CZ two-axis and four-roller two-axis) ensure forming accuracy.

Machine Structure

The line is built on a U-beam welded steel frame with 20 forming stations, an automatic feeding alignment system, and two straightening units (ten-roller CZ two-axis and four-roller two-axis) to guarantee C/Z forming accuracy.
