1.Fully Automatic Production Process

The production line realizes automatic operation from coil feeding to finished panel output, reducing manual labor requirements and improving production efficiency.

Production process:

Coil Feeding → Leveling → Punching → Roll Forming → Hydraulic Cutting → Finished Panel Collection

2. Hydraulic Decoiler

(1) Fully automatic operation with intelligent control, improving production efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
(2) Automatically adjusts the expansion mechanism according to different coil inner diameters, ensuring quick and stable coil loading.
(3) Equipped with a pneumatic braking system for precise tension control and safer operation.
(4)  Features a coil pressing arm device to securely hold the coil, preventing material loosening during unwinding and ensuring smooth feeding.

The roll forming system provides excellent forming performance for galvanized steel, stainless steel, and other metal materials.

 

Machine Frame

The machine frame is welded with 400# H-shaped steel, featuring a reinforced structure with inclined supports and strengthened beams. This design provides excellent rigidity, stability, and durability during long-term operation. 

Rollers and Shafts

The forming rollers are made of GCR 15 and processed through precision machining and hard chrome plating. They offer high hardness, excellent wear resistance, corrosion protection, and a long service life while maintaining a smooth surface finish for high-quality products.

The shafts are manufactured from 45# solid steel with high strength and durability. The standard shaft diameter is 70mm, and customized sizes are available according to customer requirements.

The shafts and rollers are connected through keyway structures, ensuring synchronized rotation and preventing slipping or speed differences between the shaft and rollers. This guarantees stable transmission, accurate forming, and consistent product quality.

 

 4. PLC Automatic Control System

The electrical system uses internationally recognized brands such as Delta, Schneider, and Siemens, ensuring reliable performance and easy maintenance. 

The intelligent PLC control system allows operators to easily set production parameters, including:production length,quantity,machine operation speed,Production monitoring. The standard interface is available in Chinese and English, with customized languages available upon request.

All wires are clearly labeled and neatly arranged for easy installation and maintenance.The aviation plug system provides safe and convenient wiring protection. A remote PLC monitoring option is also available, allowing our engineers to provide fast online support and remote troubleshooting.

5.Hydraulic Station

The hydraulic station provides stable power for the machine’s cutting system. It uses high-quality 46# hydraulic oil and large-capacity valves, which ensure smooth operation and reduce the risk of blockage.

Available motor power options include 3kW, 4kW, and 5.5kW, with standard oil tank capacities of 80L or 110L. An air cooling system is installed to effectively control oil temperature and prevent overheating during continuous operation.

The hydraulic station is equipped with a reliable Chinese standard motor, offering strong performance, easy maintenance, and a service life of over 10 years under normal working conditions.
