Automatic Wall Cladding Panel Roll Forming Machine

Key Features

1. 300–650 mm Automatic Width Adjustment

The machine adopts a linear guide rail and servo-driven horizontal movement system.

The forming width can be automatically adjusted between 300 mm and 650 mm, allowing one machine to produce different panel widths according to customer requirements.

The width can be entered directly through the PLC control screen for convenient one-button profile change.

 

2. Stable Material Feeding System 

The feeding section uses a double-clamping roller system with adjustable side guides.

The side guides help keep the material properly aligned during feeding without unnecessarily wearing or damaging the material surface.

An auxiliary feeding shaft provides additional support before the material enters the forming section.

After the machine reaches continuous stable operation, the auxiliary feeding shaft can automatically disengage through a pneumatic cylinder to help prevent material blockage.

 2. 18-Row Large-Diameter Forming Rollers

The large roller design provides stable forming performance and supports fast, consistent production of exterior wall cladding panels.

 

3. Automatic Nail-Hole Punching

The machine can complete nail-hole punching during the forming process.

This integrated punching function eliminates an additional punching operation, helping simplify the production process and improve overall efficiency.

 

4. Protective Film Application

Exterior wall panels have high requirements for surface appearance.

To reduce the risk of scratches during forming and transportation, the machine is equipped with a protective film application device.

The protective film can be applied to the panel surface during the forming process to help protect the finished material.

 

5. Automatic Trimming Correction

Different materials may have different thickness and rigidity characteristics, which can affect the final panel shape.

The machine is equipped with trimming rollers to correct the panel edges and reduce opening problems, helping improve the accuracy of panel overlapping during installation.

 

6. Optional Reinforcement Ribs

The machine can be equipped with three rows of reinforcement rib rollers according to customer requirements.

The reinforcement rollers are adjustable by handwheel, allowing the same machine to support multiple exterior wall panel configurations.

 

 7. Pre-Cutting for 90° Vertical-Edge Panels

For exterior wall panels with a 90° vertical edge, conventional post-forming cutting may cause deformation at the panel edge.

This machine adopts a pre-cutting design to reduce edge deformation before the final forming process.

This helps reduce manual correction during installation and improves the appearance and installation accuracy of the finished panels.

8. Delta PLC Control System
