The Guinea Fully Automatic Trapezoidal Roof Sheet Making Machine is a roll forming line for producing trapezoidal corrugated metal roof and wall panels from PPGI, PPGL and galvanized steel coil. The coil feeds through a straightening and feeding unit, is shaped progressively through multiple roller stations into the trapezoidal profile and cut to length automatically. The line runs at up to 25 m/min and accepts feed widths of 914 mm, 1000 mm or 1220 mm, covering the most common coil widths used in West African and export markets.

The machine is painted orange, built on a heavy structural frame and driven by a 5.5 kW motor with a PLC imported-brand control system. It is used by roofing sheet producers, building material suppliers and construction contractors producing colour steel roof panels.

• Trapezoidal roof panel profile. The roller toolset is configured for the trapezoidal corrugated section widely used in residential, commercial and industrial roofing in West Africa and other export markets. Panel color and profile dimensions are customizable.

Machine Structure

The forming line is built on a long, rigid orange-painted structural base. The coil enters from the right through the feeding and straightening section, then passes through multiple rows of forming stations where the trapezoidal corrugations are progressively shaped. A chain drive runs along the side of the frame. At the exit end a hydraulic cutting unit cuts the panel to the programmed length and deposits it on the run-out table. The PLC control cabinet is mounted separately at the head of the line.
