2.  5-Ton Decoiler System

The production line is equipped with a 5-ton decoiler for stable coil feeding.

The standard coil specification supports:

• Maximum Outer Diameter: approximately Φ1300 mm

The decoiler continuously supplies material to the forming machine, helping maintain stable feeding during long production cycles.

3.  High-Precision Shelf Panel Forming

The forming section adopts 36 precision roll forming stations, allowing the metal strip to be gradually shaped into the required shelf panel profile.

The forming rollers are manufactured from Cr12MoV alloy tool steel and treated by vacuum heat treatment to achieve a hardness of approximately HRC55–58. This improves wear resistance and helps maintain profile accuracy during long-term production.

Meanwhile, the machine uses Φ50 mm solid shafts, which provide strong support during forming and help reduce vibration when processing metal sheets.
