Brife introduction and machine components:

Automatic cut to length machine is a unit which can cut the metal sheet to length. The machine main components include automatic decoiler (contains automatic loading system), feeding rollers, leveling rollers, post cutting device, hydraulic station and control computer. The whole machine are controlled by the industrial PLC, which can gurantee the machine work automatically and precison of the final products. There is one set Omron brand encoder on the machine, it used for the measuring of the sheet length, when the length reached the length you set and then the encoder will send signal to the computer, and then computer will send signal to the cutter, and then cutter will cut automatic. This can gurantee the cutter cut the sheet at the right positation.

 

Automatic hydraulic decoiler:

Hydraulic system is used to be the power of open and closure of segments. The speed sensor of the decoiler enables the decoiler to automatically adjust the speed to match up the roll forming machine.
