High-Precision & Heavy-Duty Pallet Production Line for South Africa
The Metal Shelf Pallets Roll Forming Equipment is an advanced production line designed for high-efficiency manufacturing of metal shelf pallet components. The complete line integrates heavy-duty decoiling, sheet leveling, multi-station punching, precision roll forming and servo-controlled post-punching.
With a heavy-duty 8-ton uncoiler, 36 sets of forming rollers, gear transmission and servo-controlled punching technology, the machine provides stable production, accurate forming and reliable performance for large-scale pallet manufacturing.
Equipped with hydraulic tensioning and electric unwinding for smooth and stable coil feeding during continuous production.
The leveling system uses 13 correction rollers, including 7 upper rollers and 6 lower rollers, helping prepare flat and accurate material before forming.
Front punching includes 3 stations, 3 mold bases and 5 sets of molds. Post-punching uses 4 stations and servo control for accurate processing.
The forming section uses 36 sets of rollers mounted on 45# steel spindles with gear transmission for stable and reliable forming performance.
