Automatic punching and cut to length production line

Automatic punching and cut to length production line is designed to do the coil punching and then cut to length for further processing. Here I will take one example we made to USA for bus panel to show you how to the punching line is designed: Take this punching sheet for example, we do the coil punching for this Aluminum material to 2.03mm thickness and then cut it to length Max length within 8 meter length.

The punching production line is composed by the following elements: 1.5 Ton hydraulic decoiler with pressing arm with turnover loading car 2.Servo coil feeder with punching machine 200 Ton 3.Punching Machine 4.Punching Mold 5.Hydraulic control system for molding changing and centering system 6.With cut to length machine convey table 7.Stacker for drawer rail with flip-over in length and stack up and down 8.With the HMI interface software control and computer Spare parts: punching needles one set as gift Add the convey belt for the wasted bin collection system

Take the punching machine for example what our machine is a little different with others:

1.For the punching machine, we use the fast change mode. Normally one punching machine will be designed with many types punching molds. In order to change the molds fast and easily, we design automatic type by hydraulic control way that mean one button control and then you can grasp the mold tightly and lost the molds and then change to another one. 2.For the punching mold material all we use the DC53 material and then the punching could be more accurate and fast. 3.For the punching waste bin, we design also automatic type. The waste bin after punching will be collected to the convey table and then to the box. You can clean it easily per day.

4.For the PLC control part, we install with WIFI function, that means even if in China we can solve problem for you easily. All the important functions we put button control and then you can use machine easily.
