The ZTRFM010 is an omega furring channel roll forming machine for the continuous production of omega furring profiles used in drywall ceiling and wall furring systems. Galvanized steel strip is fed from a decoiler, formed progressively through a series of roller stations and cut to length by a hydraulic cutting unit at the end of the line.

The line is built on a welded, stress-relieved steel frame and runs on a 9.5 kW drive with Delta PLC control. It processes galvanized steel strip from 0.3 mm to 1 mm with a maximum working width of 110 mm, and the omega profile height and width can be customized to match the ceiling system being produced.

Key Features

• Continuous profile output. The line is engineered for continuous output of omega furring profiles, so the same section is repeated strip after strip without manual resetting between pieces.
• Stable welded frame. A welded and stress-relieved steel frame carries the forming stations and keeps the line stable during running.
• Forming accuracy within ±0.5 mm. Roller stations are set to hold the profile section within a tolerance of ±0.5 mm on the formed dimension.
• Hardened Cr12 rollers. Rollers are made of Cr12 material for wear resistance on continuous production runs; the number of forming stations is set according to the omega profile height and width.
• Delta PLC control. The control system is PLC based (Delta) with an operator panel for the forming and cutting sequence.
• Hydraulic tracking cutting. The cutting unit follows the moving strip and cuts the formed profile to length.
• Decoiler options. A 3 ton hydraulic decoiler or a manual decoiler can be matched to the line.
• Safe factory operation. CE and ISO 9001 compliant electrical components, full safety guards and an emergency stop are provided for factory operation.

Machine Structure

The line is arranged as a long forming bed on a heavy-duty steel base. Galvanized steel strip enters through the guide and tensioning section, passes two rows of forming stations under yellow mesh safety guards, and leaves the hydraulic cutting unit as a finished omega furring channel. Drive motors and gearboxes are mounted along the side of the base, and the control console is carried on an elevated support.
