Automatic Grout Keel Roll Forming & Punching Production Line

The Grout Keel Roll Forming Machine is an automatic metal profile production line designed for continuous forming, cutting, conveying, punching, and discharging of grout keel profiles.

The complete line integrates roll forming, automatic length cutting, mechanical conveying, automatic feeding to the punching press, punching, and finished-product discharge, enabling continuous production with minimal manual intervention.

The machine is designed according to the customer's profile drawing and is suitable for processing 0.55 mm G2 Z275 galvanized steel coil, with finished product lengths from 1 to 6 meters.

2. Hydraulic Decoiling

The production line can be equipped with a 4-ton vertical hydraulic decoiler.

The decoiler provides stable material feeding for the subsequent roll forming process.

 3. Fully Automatic Production
The complete production line connects forming, cutting, conveying, feeding, punching, and discharging processes into one automated workflow. The specified process is designed for automatic operation without manual intervention between these stages.

4. 17-Station Roll Forming System
The roll forming section uses 17 forming stations, with Cr12 forming rollers and 70 mm diameter treated shafts for stable and accurate profile forming.

5. Integrated Punching Solution
The forming machine is integrated with an 80-ton punching press and 6 sets of dies, providing a complete forming-and-punching solution for the specified grout keel profile.

6. Flexible Profile Configuration
The waist-height section can be configured with or without the required dimpled pattern, depending on the customer's production requirements.

7. Automatic Length Cutting

After roll forming, the profile is automatically cut according to the programmed length.

The specified finished-product length range is 1–6 meters, allowing the production line to handle different project requirements.

8.Automatic Conveying & Feeding

After cutting, the formed grout keel profiles are automatically conveyed to the punching section.

A mechanical feeding system transfers the profiles into the punching press, reducing manual material handling and connecting the forming and punching processes into one continuous production workflow.

9. Electrical & Control System
The machine adopts a centralized PLC control system for automatic production management.
