1. Product Introduction

The Double Layer Roll Forming Machine is a metal cold roll forming system designed to integrate two different profiles into one machine.

4. Working Process

Decoiling → Feeding & Guiding → Roll Forming → Encoder Length Measurement → Hydraulic Cutting → Finished Product

After decoiling, the metal sheet enters the feeding and guiding system and passes through multiple forming stations, where it is gradually formed into the required profile.

The encoder measures the production length. Once the preset length is reached, the hydraulic cutting system cuts the finished panel according to the PLC settings.

The upper and lower layers correspond to different profiles, allowing the customer to select the required forming layer according to actual production orders.
