This cable tray roll forming machine is a full automatic cold roll forming line designed for electrical cable tray manufacturers. It processes galvanized steel, cold-rolled coil and Q235 strip into ladder-type, trough-type and perforated cable trays​ in one continuous flow: decoiling → leveling → servo feeding → punching → roll forming → hydraulic cutting → run-out table.

Suitable for electrical conduit system suppliers, steel profile factories and EPC contractors who need stable tray dimensions, repeatable hole patterns and low labor cost per meter.

Key Features 

One line, multi-profile: width 100–1000 mm, height 50–200 mm, thickness 0.8–3.0 mm adjustable by PLC preset (no full roller change on most models)

Inline punching: side holes, bottom ventilation holes, joint holes and ear tabs punched before forming, ±0.5 mm length tolerance

Mitsubishi/Siemens-class PLC + HMI: auto length counting, batch memory, fault alarm, remote parameter backup

Gearbox driven rollers: Cr12 / GCr15 quenched HRC58–62, hard chrome plated, 20–24 stations

Hydraulic shear: no sparks, no burr, no tray-mouth opening

CE / ISO 9001 optional: 380V/415V/440V 50–60Hz 3-phase, English manual, export packing
