The shafts are manufactured from 45# solid steel with high strength and durability. The standard shaft diameter is 70mm, and customized sizes are available according to customer requirements.

The shafts and rollers are connected through keyway structures, ensuring synchronized rotation and preventing slipping or speed differences between the shaft and rollers. This guarantees stable transmission, accurate forming, and consistent product quality.

The intelligent PLC control system allows operators to easily set production parameters, including:production length,quantity,machine operation speed,Production monitoring. The standard interface is available in Chinese and English, with customized languages available upon request.

All wires are clearly labeled and neatly arranged for easy installation and maintenance.The aviation plug system provides safe and convenient wiring protection. A remote PLC monitoring option is also available, allowing our engineers to provide fast online support and remote troubleshooting.

✅Hydraulic Station

The hydraulic station provides stable power for the machine’s cutting system. It uses high-quality 46# hydraulic oil and large-capacity valves, which ensure smooth operation and reduce the risk of blockage.

Available motor power options include 3kW, 4kW, and 5.5kW, with standard oil tank capacities of 80L or 110L. An air cooling system is installed to effectively control oil temperature and prevent overheating during continuous operation.

The hydraulic station is equipped with a reliable Chinese standard motor, offering strong performance, easy maintenance, and a service life of over 10 years under normal working conditions.
