Automatic C Stud & U Track Roll Forming Machine

Zhongtuo Automatic C Stud & U Track Roll Forming Machine is designed for the continuous production of metal framing profiles used in drywall, partition, ceiling, and light steel construction systems.

This customized solution features automatic size adjustment, integrated punching and hydraulic cutting, and a high-speed gear-driven forming system, providing an efficient solution for producing different C Stud and U Track sizes from a single machine.

3.  Automatic Size Changeover

One of the key features is the automatic changing-size forming system. The machine frame uses a vertical cast-iron arch structure, with one side fixed and the other side driven by a motor to move and produce different profile sizes. 

This allows manufacturers to produce multiple C Stud and U Track profiles with greater flexibility and reduced manual adjustment time.

4. High-Speed Roll Forming

The forming system is equipped with 14 forming stations and a gear transmission system for stable power transfer.

5.  Integrated Punching System

The machine includes one punching station for punching holes on C Stud profiles during the forming process. This allows punching and forming operations to be integrated into one production line. 

6.  Automatic Hydraulic Cutting

After roll forming and punching, the finished profile is automatically cut to the required length.

The hydraulic cutting system uses GB-Cr12 cutting blades and is designed to cut the formed profile without distortion.
