High-Speed Punching & Multi-Size Roll Forming Machine for 5" and 6" K-Style Gutter
The Aluminum Rain Gutter Cover Roll Forming Machine is specially designed for producing aluminum gutter cover baffle plates for K-style rain gutters. The finished cover works as a filtration surface, allowing rainwater to pass through dense perforated holes while helping block leaves, trash, tree limbs and other large debris.
By helping keep large debris outside the gutter, the gutter cover can reduce the risk of gutter and downspout blockage and help maintain smooth rainwater flow.
The production line integrates hydraulic decoiling, leveling, high-speed punching, roll forming, PLC control and hydraulic servo cutting. It is designed for 5" and 6" K-style gutter cover production with automatic size changing.
Aluminum is lightweight and corrosion resistant, making it suitable for long-term outdoor gutter applications without rusting.
The gutter cover features many closely arranged holes, allowing rainwater to pass through efficiently into the gutter while filtering larger debris.
Leaves and other large impurities can be blocked outside the gutter, helping maintain smooth water drainage through the gutter system.
Designed for K-style rain gutter systems, the aluminum baffle plate allows rainwater to pass through while helping filter out leaves, trash and larger debris.
