Solar panel mounting bracket profile rolling forming machine designs, we have two types:

Economic Design Option A

For the economic design, we use the middle plate as frame and using the GCR15 as the roller material.

Strong version Option B

For this design, we use the gearbox as transmission, and the molding frame as the machine based .And the flying tracking cutting system, the roller material is GCR12 mov.

AS TO THE PUNCHING PART, we also have two options for your reference: online punching and off line punching.

Online punching means the fully automatic production line, punching will be made before rolling forming. It is good for fully automatic degree and use less workers.
Offline punching means we do the rolling forming first and then do the punching separated. It is good for speed and lower cost but it needs more workers to do this.

Each time can do the punching two pieces. Also it can make sure the hole will not be stretched out.
We can design the machine fully according to your requirement.
