Product Overview 

Our C purlin roll forming machine​ is a fully automatic production line designed to manufacture high-precision C-shaped steel purlins (C channel, C section, lip channel) from galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel or color steel coils. With quick-size-adjustment structure and PLC-controlled hydraulic punching & cutting, the machine helps steel structure factories, purlin distributors and roofing contractors produce consistent C purlins at 15–25 m/min without changing rollers for every size.

This equipment is built for industrial plants, warehouses, solar mounting structures, prefab houses and large-span steel buildings​ where load-bearing C sections must be produced fast, accurately and with low labor cost.
