The ZTRFM Ameri-Cana AG Panel Trapezoidal Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine is a high-speed automatic forming line for producing the North American AG panel (Ameri-Cana / corrugated trapezoidal) roof and wall cladding profile. The machine forms 29-gauge (0.3–0.8 mm) PPGI, PPGL, galvanized or aluminium coil into a 36-inch (915 mm) wide panel with five ribs at 9-inch (229 mm) spacing and 0.75-inch (19 mm) rib height at up to 50 m/min.

The gearbox-driven forming line runs on a rigid white-painted steel base frame. A green-capped straightening and forming head with a red press bar sits partway along the line; orange-cased individual gearboxes drive each forming station. The exit end carries an expanding stainless-steel support table and a servo-driven flying shear. A touch-screen PLC cabinet on the right side of the machine controls speed, cut length and piece count.

• Touch-screen PLC control; easy to operate. The standalone PLC cabinet with touch screen manages speed, cut length and batch count; parameter changes are made via the screen without manual adjustments.
