The decoiler system features a heavy-duty fabricated steel housing, rotary hydraulic expansion mandrel, high-torque geared drive motor, and an independent 3 kW hydraulic station with pressure regulation manifold. The motorized coil car runs along ground tracks to align and load heavy steel coils directly onto the expanded mandrel.
The hydraulic power unit provides regulated oil pressure for mandrel wedge expansion and hydraulic car elevation. Heavy-duty cable carrier drag chains protect electrical and hydraulic lines during continuous car traversing along the 3-meter track.
