Product Overview

The 10-ton hydraulic uncoiler (decoiler)​ is a medium-duty automatic coil feeding device designed for roll forming lines, cut-to-length lines, and slitting lines. It uses a hydraulic expansion mandrel to clamp the steel coil inner hole (typically Φ470–530 mm), a frequency inverter to match the uncoiling speed with the main machine, and an optional coil loading car to reduce crane dependency and labor cost.

Compared with a manual decoiler, the hydraulic type expands/shrinks the reel automatically, rotates the coil actively, and stops/starts via a loop sensor—so the strip is fed smoothly without scratching or over-pulling the roll former.
