Decoil, form the K, hyd cut. First-off is the trough vs CAD, not a folder 125° coupon.
Slit the blank. Fold to the recipe. Cycle time ~12 s is that sheet, not mill speed. 7.5 kW is clamp-and-flip, not rain hyd ~3 kW.
3 m hyd brake is shorter flashings. 200T×4000 folder ~15 kW vs 6×4000 NC shear ~7.5 kW are two machines.
312 mm feed, 380 V / 60 Hz. Downpipe flower on that sheet is not the gutter flower.
